About Us

Kimberly Rolph is an advocate and consultant  for children and adolescents with special needs. Kimberly Rolph attended Agnes Irwin School.  She graduated from Cushing Academy and received her Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University. She is a skilled negotiator who works endlessly for her clients. Kimberly Rolph has firsthand experience as a mother and a professional Education Advocate and consultant. She not only understands her family clients’ needs but can empathize with them on a very personal level as well. Mrs. Rolph’ s passion for children with special needs is inspired by her dedication and protectiveness for her son who was born and diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Asperger’s and ADHD.  Throughout her son’s life, Kimberly works relentlessly to ensure that her son receives all the appropriate supports, therapies and the proper school placement that is needed for him to be successful.

As a mother of a special needs child, Kimberly understands the frustration, worry and sleepless nights. Mrs.Rolph has spent thousands of dollars on private therapies and evaluations for speech, physical therapy and occupational therapy and sensory integration, to names a few, to help her child when the school district denied to provide what Joey needed. Kimberly immersed herself in learning everything she could about special education advocacy, IEP’s, compliance complaints, families right within the school district, Due Process hearing and so much more.  This knowledge had been the vital key to her son's growth and success.

This has been an exhausting journey for Kimberly, but she now has the experience and expertise, as well has participated in classes to become a certified advocate.  Kimberly attends seminars and keeps herself abreast
of all the State and Federal laws as they pertain to children’s legal rights.

Working with an Educational consultant and Advocate is often the first steps to empower parents to be more knowledgeable and more affective members of their child’s education process. Informed, supportive parents are better able to make rational decisions for their child, and their childs’s individualized education plan. I can provide accommodation, remediation services and delivery models to comprehensively address your child’s unique
needs.
